Hi! I’m looking for friendly, responsible tenants to share my lovely house, just 5 minutes from Carpenders Park Station. There are three double bedrooms available:

Large Room (Very Spacious): £900/month

Large Room (Standard Size): £850/month

Box Room (Double Bed): £749/month

The house has a shared kitchen and bathroom, a lovely garden, and 2–3 parking spaces. All bills are included (utilities, Wi-Fi, council tax) for a hassle-free stay.

I’m hoping to find tenants with a stable income, for example professionals or individuals currently working. Couples are welcome, but all friendly, tidy, and respectful tenants will be considered.

Fantastic location with easy access to transport, local shops, and cafes.
