The room comes with bed covers, sheets and pillows. There is ample space in the garage to store additional things if required. Ideally the renter does not need to bring anything, except for their personal clothes. There is one driveway and ample parking space around the house.

The house is thoughtfully furnished with a lovely maintained back garden. Close to basic amenities (2 mins by walk) to Co-op, pharmacy, medical center and dentist. Its a 15 min bus ride to Watford junction and 15 mins to Hemel Hempstead town center. The place is 5 mins by walk from the WB Studio.

Looking for a house mate who is a professional. The place is ideally suited for people working at the WB studios.

I am the landlord and work in tech. I currently occupy the room. I need to move to France for personal reasons and therefore the room is available on rent. There are 3 other occupants.
