Watford Junction is only 15-25 minutes from London Euston/central London, via Watford Junction.
Monday to Friday let (no weekends), perfect for a single male professional commuting into London (25 to 55 years old).
Great place to live, close to everything you need!
Harlequin shopping centre is 5 mins walk away, with lots of shops, restaurants and bars/pubs all within short walking distance.
Multiple gyms, parks, leisure centre, cinema, bowling etc are all within short walking distance.
No parking space provided, but there are plenty of private car parks a short walk away, or use JustPark to book parking on someone’s driveway.
M25 and M1 are both a short drive away.
Uber/Bolt stop is two minute walk away.
Cleanliness, good English, respect for me/my neighbours and good personal hygiene are all essential requirements.
Full time office workers only: you can’t Work From Home from my flat, sorry.
I work full time and Work From Home 3 days each week, so I need to be able to concentrate with no distractions.
My kids (16 & 13) may sleep in your room at weekends: if they do, then I’ll always clean the room + sheets before you return each Sunday evening/Monday morning.
Your room comes with a private bathroom next door, with shower, bath tub, sink etc.
Flat is very quiet considering central location, due to pedestrianised High Street.
Very large terrace with garden sofas and seating - amazing area to chill out in Spring/Summer.
Fully-furnished bedroom comes with Single trundle bed, which folds out to become Double bed.
Both single beds have brand new Emma mattresses, which are extremely comfortable!
Plenty of storage available (drawers and shelves).
Room also comes with Panasonic TV with soundbar, DVD player, desk with office chair and multiple power plug.
Room has underfloor heating and two fully functional windows.
Flat has super fast Sky broadband (free of charge).
Panasonic OLED TV in lounge with Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Netflix, Prime, Apple and Disney (free of charge). I may be reducing my subscriptions, so these don’t come with the room.
I have hundreds of DVDs and Blu Rays which you can borrow, but these must stay inside the flat.
I don’t have Sky multi-room service, so you can only watch my apps/channels from the lounge, not in your room.
You can’t use my TV subscriptions on your phone/tablet.
Flat accessed via wide staircase from Ground Floor (no lift) and is on second floor.
No visitors or partners allowed inside the flat at any time, sorry.
Strictly no smoking/vaping in the flat, or on the terrace. No smokers preferred.
