Very large studio room with en-suite, in shared detached house with landlady and her daughter and a Small dog. Looking for a polite, tidy and friendly professional person who’s out and about and needs a base. We don’t allow guests as our family home as you can appreciate from a security perspective we don’t know who’s coming in and out. The house is in a lovely area if Watford and very close the town centre, sports centre and parks. The town centre ( 15 mins by car ) 20 mins walk. Close to a bus stop for Watford junction which is 20 mins walk (fast walk ) or 8 mins by car, as is Met Station. Grove hotel is 10 min walk. Not avail until end of July or mid August 26.
