Double room to rent for a single person.

We are looking for a single female occupant.
The house is 5 min walk from the General Hospital and 5-10 from Watford High street station.
The room has a double bed and a window overlooking the garden, the bathroom will be shared with a female occupant. The house is on three levels, at the bottom there is one living room, one dining room, the kitchen, one small trailer and laundry room. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (this is where the bedroom is situated), one guest room and one bathroom. The third floor is an en-suite. We also have a garden and parking available on the road.
The room is available from the 10th of June. Bills are not included in the rent are paid separately £200 per month.
We are very clean, organised and quiet people, therefore we would appreciate someone with the same values. We respect each other’s space and we always keep the house clean and tidy. We are not allowed pets and we would prefer someone who doesn’t smoke.
