It is 10 minutes easy walk from the center of Watford with the shopping center and the high street and Watford high street tube is 10 minutes away. Watford station and Watford junction station are about 17 minutes away. The house is located very conveniently for Watford grammar girls (5 minutes) Watford Grammar boys as well as Watford Hospital and football stadium are around the corner. Stations all about 10 minutes walk away. I'm aiming for a mixed share of friendly professionals, such as nurses and teachers and mature students
