This is NOT an HMO, you will be living with a professional couple and a very friendly cat called Ollie. No silly rules or exclusion times on when you can / cannot use parts of the house. This would be your home as much as it is ours.

To keep things simple we offer an all-inclusive rate of £600pcm, payable in advance with 1 months rent as deposit required. This covers all bills including broadband.

The room is furnished (Pine double bed, large double wardrobe, 3 drawer chest, two bedside tables and plenty of shelf space).

Please be aware that Ollie the Cat is very friendly and has no sense of personal space, a true lap-cat, so a cat lover is essential.
