I have a furnished double bedroom in my lovely, spacious two-bedroom flat available now.

The flat has been recently decorated, is bright, clean, spacious, with a great-sized living room, separate kitchen, bathroom and outside space. The flat also has a small private patio which enjoys light and sunshine all day (weather permitting!)

The flat is in a great location, just a five minute walk to Watford town centre, and 10-15 minutes' walk to either Watford Met Line Station or Watford Junction with quick and regular connections into central London. It's a short stroll to the town centre but also in a quiet residential street.

The location is perfect for a professional person commuting into London or working in Watford.

Rent including bills is £130 per week. Short-term and Mon-Fri lets will be considered.
