Looking for a single professional or couple to move in to our lovely recently renovated terraced house in central Watford.

The house is a mid-terraced property with a very large kitchen, garden, patio for barbeques, fast broadband, and the room itself has an additional walk-in wardrobe.

There are two bedrooms in the house, the other one is occupied by a young couple who are really easy to get on with, and they'll who you meet when you visit. Open to short-term as well as longer term lets depending on your situation.

We're located pretty well, next to the hospital and football ground so that means about 10 minutes walk from Watford High Street and the Overground station and about 20 minutes walk to either Watford Junction or Watford Met stations.
