Room in a friendly house

Hi and thank you for stopping and reading this. I am looking for a friendly housemate, preferably professional to share a 2 bedroom cosy house with an excellent location. House is located 5 min away walk from Watford Junction and harlequin Shopping Centre. I rent the house through Your Move agency so the only requirement for you will be to go through some agency checks ( there is fee applied to that )as I keep the contract on my name. Its two bedroom house , with a large garden and two living-rooms . Rooms are located on the second floor .room will be available on 26th of July ..
