The Owner, (landlord) is extremely helpful nothing is too much trouble. They provide all cleaning products for the communal area. They also clean the communal area periodically and look after the garden and any repairs needed.

also, within walking distance to ASOS.

There is a bus route from Maytree Crescent or Courtland’s Drive Shops which goes to Watford Junction and town center.

There is a Sainsbury’s and Asda superstore fifteen minutes away on foot or two minutes by car and the Watford Shopping center is two miles away.
