🚿 You also have your own private shower and sink (but not WC) so not a full en-suite.
🤩 There is a separate WORKING FROM HOME room with desk, executive swivel chair and desk lamp for use by housemates. Note this is intended for the very occasional WFH day and is not intended to support a significantly home-based job.
🍴There is a separate LOUNGE/DINER with dining table, flat screen 40" smart FIRE TV and a 3 seater sofa.
👩🍳 The KITCHEN has black GRANITE worktops, a washing machine, gas oven and microwave.
🛀 Bathroom has a chrome radiator and tiled in hotel style tiling. There is instant hot water for showers/baths.
✅ The rent includes ALL bills, VIRGIN BUSINESS FIBRE 350MB speed internet PLUS a weekly cleaner of the shared areas.
