I am pretty laid back, like to keep apt tidy but not a clean freak , work hard during the week and like to enjoy myself at the weekend. The apt is 5 mins walk from watford junction which has direct trains to eustan which takes just 15 mins . It's a 10 min walk to high street in Watford. The apt has parking . Rent for the room is £475 excl bills, bills approx £120 a month incl council tax. Room is big enough to accommodate a double bed which is an option !!
