Convenient location. Bus stop outside house takes you to Watford in 5 minutes and train station is 5 minutes walk and takes you into central London
in 20 minutes. Also it is 2 stops to Watford Junction. Very convenient location which is near to row of local shops, a new Lidl and a Tesco express to pick up last minute groceries. The most important aspect is that it is a shared house therefore all shared amenities must be left spotless after use for the benefit of each other. This is non negotiable. It would probably suit somebody reasonably mature in their outlook who wants a quiet space and privacy!

Its location is in easy reach of Watford hospital so would ideally suit somebody working there.
