We are offering a large double bedroom with en-suite within walking distance of Watford junction and Watford met line. We are looking for a young sociable professional to share our fully furnished home with.

The House consists of: 4 bedrooms, two large reception rooms, utility room with washer/dryer, separate dining area, large garden with patio, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom.

The room comes furnished with a Double bed and large double wardrobe with an en-suite shower room. We also require a security deposit of £525.

We are 3 down to earth professional guys. We all work locally, are very sociable and enjoy going out on the weekends. We are looking for a like-minded person that is clean and tidy.

The house is in WOODLAND DRIVE, WATFORD. The nearest stations are Watford Junction and Watford met line which are both a 15min walk away.
