Double room for rent - Clarendon Lofts

My name is Suzanne. I am a 28 year old professional who works in Watford. I am currently living in the Clarendon Lofts apartment in Watford. The lease is up for renewal at the end of August and my current housemate wishes to move into London. I am looking to for somebody new to renew the contract with (this needs to be confirmed with the estate agent at the end of July). The room available is an unfurnished large double room and the tenant will have the bathroom to himself/herself. The rent is approx £700pm each including all taxes and bills. I consider myself to be outgoing, friendly and approachable. Ideally I am looking to share the apartment with a sociable female or male tenant who are similar in age.
