The house is a great location sociably and for commuters, walkable to Watford Junction and Watford North, under 10 minute drive to Leavesden studios. Shared area includes a large garden, living room and kitchen/dining room with lots of cupboard space plus fridge/freezer and chest freezer, washing machine, dishwasher usual stuff. Newly refurbed bathroom too!
Current housemates are one couple and one single male all friendly happy people, two cats (brother and sister aged 14) also very friendly.
Rent would be £495 pcm including internet and weekly cleaner. Please get in contact if you are looking for a 'part-time' or short term let as I would be happy to discuss the rent amount asked for the room.
