Modern Spacious house , brand new Spacious rooms - house just done up to very good standard - hurry ! We ideally looking for a female person.

Double bedroom 1
The room rent is £665 in advance per month

Double bedroom 2 with built in wardrobe
The room rent is £685 in advance per month
Two people will be sharing the bathroom, professionals preferred .

The deposit per room is £200

The rent includes all the bills .

However , one off £240 payment for strong WiFi connection and other bills such as electricity and gas bill contribution is mandatory - one of payment . Please note this is one off payment when you move in, that’s it and no more regardless how much time you stay .

We ideally prefer a person in full time employment and a female person of any age , ideally family oriented individual would be bonus.

Facilities include: washing machine, cooker and Hover, fridge freezer etc. please refer to pictures for more details etc.

The environment is safe.. clean and quite place to rest and sleep.

Town, shops and Watford General Hospital all are within walking distance (10 min walk ). Watford underground /railway station is ten min walk, lower High Street Met train station is 15 min walk and watford junction train station underground is 25 min walk .

Per person per room only . No couples, no pets , no children , no smokers, clean & tidy person with good manners.

Minimum stay is 4 months.
One month notice thereafter if you wish to leave.
