Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Sharing with only one other professional (landlady) who will not be there a lot as travels with work- some one who likes their own space preferred. Private rear garden, and on street parking with no permit required (but it is first come first served). The flat is a 15 minutes bus journey to Watford Junction or if you prefer a walk it's 30 mins to Garston. Smokers may apply but no smoking at all inside the property is allowed.
