We're easy going and looking for someone to share our awesome house with. We are both 26, Roxy works as a Beauty Therapist and i'm an Architect.

The room is a great size double, living spaces are a good size, it has brand new kitchen and bathrooms as well as a decent size garden (perfect for summer BBQ's!), the garden also has a shed, great for storing bikes. Pictures don't do the house justice so come and view!

The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. The downstairs toilet is brand new and you would have exclusive use of this toilet and shower (we have a bathroom off of our bedroom).

There are no permits in the surrounding roads, so although we don't have off-street parking, you can park your car on the street.

The rent is £600 per month and includes all bills, broadband/council tax/insurance/gas/water/electr icity. There is also a security deposit of £600.

It is available from February 4th.
