Large room in spacious home, N. Watford, king bed

Hi!

I currently live in a large home with four friends, 3 girls (teachers) and 1 guy, great people and great house! Its nice to enjoy each others company and still have space to have our own privacy.

Unfortunately I have to go home to Canada sooner than planned. We have the home until August 18th. (We are not sure if we will renew the lease etc so something to think about if you wanted to stay long term etc)
My room is very large, king bed, tons of built in closet/storage, huge window which opens to go out onto the roof!
Big back yard, really nice & safe neighbourhood and great neighbours. Open concept home, porch, 2 shared bathrooms, washer & dryer! Bar & living room, old big screen for watching movies but we also have netflix and wifi.
Garage for bikes, parking if you drive, within walking distance to parks, Watford junction and town centre. Close walk to The Gym and Hot Yoga.

Everything is furnished, bedroom (I have things such as lamp, pillow/duvet, good hanger, door hooks, mirror etc that I would sell if you like them) kitchen (microwave, dishes, kettle, etc.)

If you smoke its just out the patio in the backyard.
We have no pets.
