Large room with own bathroom in Central Watford

I am looking for a non-smoking, tidy, friendly and considerate professional in full time employment, to rent the spare room in my home.

The house is a large 4 bed Victorian end of terrace house with a wealth of character, which is 5 minutes walking distance to the Watford Junction train station, the town center, Watford Central leisure center (with swimming pool, gym, exercise classes) and 10 min walk from Cassiobury Park. Watford General Hospital is about 15 minutes walk.

The room for rent is for single occupancy - i. e. not for couples.

The house is well maintained. The room is a nice size double room which is carpeted. The room comes with its own bathroom, a double bed, cupboard, hanging space and computer desk.

The room is decorated white and is clean and comfortable.

All modern amenities will be made available and include: Broadband, Washing Machine / Dryer.

This is not a party house. You would be sharing with myself. I am very clean living, non smoking, IT professional, friendly but also like and respect each others privacy.

I tend to be "early to bed (10pm ish) and early to rise", so if you're more of a night-owl, this won't be the right place for you :-(

The rent is 600 per calendar month plus one month in advance. This includes all bills and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas

The room will be available on June 01 2017.
