Hi, I and my wife just started to rent this house end in February 2015. It belongs to an aquaintance and has just been fully refurbished.

It has a lovely feel, big lounge, big garden in a quiet area close to Watford.

10 min walk from Carpenders Station.

We are happy hindus, it means the tenant must adhere to the traditional veg hindu diet: no meat, no fish, no eggs, no onions and no garlic.

Ideal for a professional but we are open for other backgrounds as well as we are a mixed couple.
