Room to rent in quiet House

Hey,

Friendly household with a spacious double room on the ground floor available to rent. Room can be Furnished / semi furnished. If you happen to have your own furnishings that's fine as well. Room has a separate Toilet on the ground floor just outside, which is considered solely for use by the person in that Room. Shared shower on the top floor.

Currently 2 people living in the property, as well as 1 dog, so a dog person is ideal.

The room will be available mid September/Beginning of October.

I've lived in the property for 8 years so far, so can vouch for the area as well as the neighbours. Its a lovely place, very quiet and cosy.

Carpenders Park stations is between 5-10 minutes walk away (depends on how quick you can walk) with frequent trains to Watford / London.

Local shops also a short distance away.

Currently myself and my sister live here, both of us are pretty chilled out, we enjoy TV, cooking and just general chit chat. Not the party animals, so a quiet household is usually how it goes.

As a note, my sister does have a newborn, but she is so quiet, that sometimes you'd not even realise that this was the case.

I myself am a bit of a gamer geek, and do spend quite a bit of time on my PC, other than that I'm a regular in the Gym, in there most days. Also enjoy taking the dog out for long walks.

You do need to come and see the room to get a full feel for the size of it. The picture makes it look far smaller than what it really is.
