Hi, I have a large furnished double room available in a modern home in a nice Close in North Watford. There is on and off street parkin. With a rear gardens

There is a shared Kitchen & bathroom. The living room is not shared. Broadband is available and all bills are included.

All rooms have multiple electrical and usb sockets and connectivity to the wifi.

The location is ideal for A41, M1 & M25 access. There are local shops, takeaways, close to Waitrose, Asda & Sainsburys Supermarkets and Petrol stations. Local bus routes for 320/321/W1/724 all go towards Watford via Watford Junction. 20 Minutes walk to Watford Junction or 5 minutes in the car,10 mins by bike.

You will be sharing with 1 other full time. Female 43 professional working 8-5 and occasionally the landlord who will occupy the downstairs living space.
