Single/Double. Clean Modern.

I have a single or double room to let in a spotless clean and modern home with easy outside roadside parking. Comfy beds. New quality bedding. 2 mins from station, overground (20 mins to London Euston)..Also two met stations within 5 minute drive.
Quiet, relaxing home with a sense of humour. I would welcome a professional female or male around the same age. Non smoker preferred but would consider an outdoor smoker. Close to shops, take aways. M1, M25. A41, Mon to Fri lets preferred but would consider full week.
It would be sharing with myself in my home. And super neigbours (even bring in home baked cake :). Use of kitchen, washing machine etc.. I cannot offer full use of lounge, occasional use is fine but is essentially a room let and not house share..
