Soon available, we have a lovely room that shares a bathroom with only one other tenant. The room has a desk & chair, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a double bed - the room is for single occupancy only.

All our viewings can be done in person or by video-call at a time to suit you.

We have all the usual features: all bills (including COUNCIL TAX) included in the rent; weekly cleaner for all communal areas, high-speed virgin broadband up to 300Mbps, SMART TV; garden with decking area, dishwasher, microwave and all rooms are fully furnished.

But this house has much more to offer than most:
- we have a large basement as a dedicated storage and laundry/drying room;
- we have a huge scandi-kitchen with TWO separate ovens, TWO separate hobs, TWO separate sinks/drainers and TWO giant fridge/freezers, and TWO separate breakfast bars
- we have constant hot water, piping hot radiators, a nespresso coffee machine, tv points in every bedroom
-two breakfast bars / dining areas and a comfortable lounge seating area overlooking the garden

Best of all, my wife and I run the house and carefully choose tenants to curate the nicest housemates and a wonderful friendly houseshare.
We do not use agents :-) Therefore we can communicate and respond directly when our tenants need us - no middle men! We care for our tenants welfare and comfort. We have ZERO 'move-in' and 'move-out' fees and we only require a £500 deposit. Please feel free to ask our tenants how we are doing on all this when you come for a viewing!
