Room for Rent, WD17 4 RN -£350PCM

We are a three person house share looking for a new housemate as one of us is soon to be moving out.

The room is a comfortable double bedroom with an internal wardrobe, an external wardrobe, two operating draws, four shelves, a coffee table and a double bed.

The house is located in the desirable Nascot Wood area of Watford. It is a very quiet and safe area to live in, with a tesco express right across the road making it the perfect location if you've a penchant for late nate snacks.
Watford junction is only a 10-15 minute walk away and Watford high street, the Watford High Street Tube station and the Colloseum are all approxametly a 20 minute walk away.

The house comes with an drive way parking space, something none of our current house mates are using. There is also plenty of street parking, which is free on weekends, but permit is needed during the week. (Permits can be picked up very cheaply)

You would be living with two young professionals, one a 29 year old male and a 20 year old female. They both work full time hours from Monday to Friday and keep a respectful balance in the house during the weekends.
Neither of them have any problems with vistors and will sometimes have them ourselves, permitting we warn the other first. I'd say generally we hold a very relaxed house hold, as long as you clean up after your own mess you'll find no problems and you can always expect you housemates to do the same.

Rent is £350 per month and total bills, including broadband internet is approx. £120.

The moving in date is negotiable.
