* gardener
*all bills included - we even pay your council tax (£85 pcm)
*own sky box in room
*plenty of fridge space
* access to tumble dryer washing machine
* no live in landlord
* LOW deposit of £500
* the studio conforms to all safety regulations required for a shared house.

The studio is an annexe connected to another house. We manage both houses. We are looking for a professional person.
We include all kitchenwears and furniture.
