Double room for single occupancy in North Watford

Double, bright and spacious room in shared house in North Watford for SINGLE occupancy. The room is a double but we want to rent to a single person not to overcrowd the house. We are 15min walk to Watford Junction and about 10 min walk from Asda. The house has got: shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, garden and free parking on the street. Bills (shared) not included in the rent, paid every 3 months. Only working professionals, no DSS and no pets.
