👩‍🎓 We are looking for a non-smoking, tidy, considerate graduate to share this gorgeous four person home with three other females.

The current tenants would prefer to share with another female.

🛌 The available room is for single occupancy (i. e. no couples sorry!) and comes fully furnished with chest of drawers, a double bed, mattress and mirrored wardrobe. You'd be sharing the house bathroom with just one other.

🏡 The house is massive. There are four bedrooms over three floors.

🛋🍴 There is a separate large COMMUNAL LOUNGE/DINER with stripped floors and a feature cast iron fireplace. There is a sofa, a flat screen tv and dining table and chairs.
