We are a family of four; parents, a young adult and a teenager, all very friendly, approachable and respectful of privacy. There's also a tenant living with us.
The double room, is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and storage space. m/drawer, very comfortable.

A semi-detached house away from main roads but very close to local parks, corner shops, 20 yards to bus stops and 20 min walk to Watford Junction or to supermarkets.

Also a comfortable living room only for the tenants' use.

There is a second bathroom for the owner's use.

A communal kitchen and patio.

All bills , broadband Included.

We also have two cats that are not allowed on the second floor.
