We are offering a furnished double room with lots of storage space which is located in the peaceful and beautiful village of Watton at Stone and just 5 minutes drive from Hertford and Stevenage town. The village also has its own train station which is 45 minutes into the centre of London.

Very large and spacious house with a large beautiful garden that backs onto fields, very peaceful and private. You will have full access to a shared bathroom and toilet (1 other housemate) plus there is a downstairs shower room and toilet. Full usage of kitchen and facilities, own storage space for food. Broadband is provided, all bills are included.

Household including myself (female landlady) are all very friendly and is like a small family, often watch TV together and have drinks on a weekend. The other housemate is a lovely professional male aged 26.
