Double room to let in large house

Lovely double room to rent in a large house (four bedrooms), four minutes walk from Welwyn village high street. Adequate parking. Kings Cross is 17 minutes from Welwyn North on a fast train. The room is furnished with nice, good quality furniture and the bathroom is new with an Aqualisa shower. I have three furbabies, Ben and Honey both labradors and a rescue cat who never left named Missy. I'm sociable and a great cook; often providing nice dishes for my lodgers. That said I recognize people's personal space and need for solitude. I have a huge garden with decking and a summer house. I also have a running machine, Peloton and weights which I'm happy to share. I'm fairly quiet and enjoy the normal pursuits of walking, reading, film & cinema. I also have a cleaner for communal areas.
