Kitchen and living room. Nice sunny secluded garden, parking off road. Quiet cul de sac., a few minutes walk from Welwyn village, good selection of pubs and restaurants.
Lots of countryside for walking, cycling, 7 mins drive to nearest train station, Welwyn North and Welwyn Garden City is nearest larger town. A1 close by.
Household has a dog, very friendly lab.
Let is Monday to Friday but will be flexible if need is required by notice.
I work from home so would be here during day, but am also away a lot. so would have house to oneself.
