Current flatmate will be moving out end of October, so looking for a potential new flat mate to take their room (unfurnished) from 8th November.

I'm friendly and responsible roommate, enjoy meeting new people and being social but will also respect your own time and space.
I work as a personal trainer with most of my work hours spent out but some at home.

-The flat includes a large shared living space with dining area.
Kitchen equipped with appliances (washer/dryer, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle).
-Located on 3rd/top floor with quiet offices below that go home at 6pm.
-Private parking for 1 car available, enclosed in courtyard.
Bedroom is a double room, sized ~2.75M x 3.5M.
