High Street - Welwyn

Hi! I’m a 28 year-old female professional looking for a like-minded flatmate to share a two-bed apartment located right on the high street.
A little about me: super in to fashion, love music and jazz concerts a big foodie!

The location is super convenient, with a Tesco Express, reformer Pilates studio, pub, and bakery all within easy walking distance (about 2/3 mins). I do not drive so commuting around here is not so bad!

I am moving out Aug 2026 and need to replace

The available room is the smaller bedroom but comfortably fits a small double bed, desk, dressing table and a clothes rail. If a desk doesn’t fit there is space in the flat if you don’t like to work from your room!

The flat is well suited to a working professional; I work hybrid and I am at usually home 2–3 days a week.

Bills are kept simple with a joint Monzo account where we both pay in - we can also create a WhatsApp chat to communicate. Monzo alerts us when payments are due so nothing is missed.

Council tax is Band C, approximately £110 per person per month
Water and electricity are approximately £60-70pp… we can discuss further if interested!
