Double Room In a lovely home. Sharing with myself and 20 year old son and cat. Possibility of regular week day lifts to university of Hertfordshire or the train station.
My son is a mucisian and he teaches a lesson for one student in our home once a week. Otherwise very quiet. All bills are included except telephone and food. Insurance not included.
This is strictly a no smoking home and there is an expectation that the room will be kept clean by the person renting the room.
Monday to Friday rent £450 per month
Full week £500 for rental over 3 months
£600 rental under 2 months
Deposit 1 month
plus 1 month rent up front.
