This flat is on the 5th floor in a new block of flats with a lift, just by the Welwyn Garden City station (5-minute walk), close to the town centre. The room is very bright, south facing.

As a lodger, you will get your own double bedroom (it has its own lock and key). This bedroom comes with furniture which includes a king-size bed with an orthopaedic mattress, two wardrobes (one with mirror) and two bedside cabinets, as well as a folding wall-mounted desk table 50x80cm, home office desk 90x40x72cm with a chair (not shown on the photos but it will be there instead of the current coffee table) and TV aerial point with a TV bracket.
I could provide additional pieces of furniture if needed - up for discussion.
In addition you will have use of a modern bathroom with shower, dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen with induction hob for cooking, electric oven, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, your own separate fridge-freezer, as well as dishwasher and washing machine.
Please note that all areas outside your room (kitchen, bathroom, etc) will be shared with me.

The flat benefits from unlimited broadband and full underfloor heating.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, considerate and friendly.

Your rent will cover all utilities, including electric, water, and council tax plus broadband usage, as well as a TV licence.

If you need to give notice elsewhere, I can hold the room for a very limited time with a holding deposit.

Please note - there is no parking available next to the building, but some distance away are some residential areas where off-street parking is available, but you would have to have a look around yourself/drive around.
