Double rooms for professional near shire park

We are professional landlords with 15 years experience. We have a new build style house near shire park and Welwyn Garden City town centre. We have a double room available now. The room is furnished. It has its own bed , wardrobe and cabinet. There is a tv point in the room. We have fibre broadband at the property. All bills are included
Three months minimum stay, but would consider one month.
A cleaner comes to clean the communal areas
The house is cleaned and maintained to a high standard. The house is quiet.
There is a shared dinning room / lounge, bathroom shared with only one other, kitchen and a garden.
Fridge / freezer in your room. There is storage for a bike
There is lots of parking for cars.
Currently four males and two females. Unfortunately we do not take couples or students or shift workers .
We use the DPS scheme for all deposits.
We offer a great check in and out service
