New Room - All Bills Inc - Short Term

I am looking to rent out one of my rooms having recently moved house. There is another girl currently living at the house who is really friendly. It is a double bedroom (I have lived in this room for the past two years).

The house has just been sold and I am looking for someone to move in for a short period until the house sales. I would expect this to be July/ August. Cheap price due to this uncertainty!

I have recently installed a brand new bathroom into the property. A large living area and kitchen is also within the house with new installations. The bed is relatively new. I have recently installed many new appliances including a washing machine, toaster, cooker, microwave etc. It also has a very large garden which is great for summer BBQs.

The property is in a great location, close to local amenities, with both Hatfield and Welwyn town centre a short drive (less than 2 miles to both). It is also close to both stations (approx. Five minute drive). Welwyn is only 19 minutes on the train to London.

No pets currently in the house – could be open to certain pets. Many parts of the house have been newly re-furbished.

This cheap price also includes Gas, Electric, Internet and council tax.

The ideal tenant will be clean, outgoing and have a really good sense of humour! Please feel free to contact me for more details!

It is most important that the tenant gets on with the other members of the house, were looking for a house mate as well as a tenant!

The reason this is lower than market rates is to get the right person moving in.
