I am a healthcare professional working a variety of shifts and jobs. I don't do the regular 9-5. I also go away a few weekends for short trips. I enjoy running, and run with the local club. I am currently working my way through running 100 marathons. I enjoy a healthy active lifestyle.

I have the top floor of my townhouse. Your bedroom would be on the first floor with en-suite bathroom. There are also two built in cupboards on the landing for extra storage; and a small bedroom on the first floor where friends/family can stay and/or a separate room for working from home occasionally.

There's a garden (lovely sun catch in the summer); shed with electricity (and extra storage if needed, perhaps for a bike); lounge and kitchen; you would have access too also. Fridge would be shared with me, unless you have your own; and there's a freezer in the shed for your exclusive use.

Inconclusive of all bills - gas/electricity, water, Internet and council tax. Rent will be adjusted if monthly bills are more than expected. One months deposit required upfront, but fully refundable on leaving minus damages.

Room is available now. The days I am available for showing prospective tenants around are: 11th and 12th December (Due to overseas trips and work). No viewings before then.
