Young Married Couple renting a room!

Husband and I have just completed a gap year honeymoon and looking for some help to pay our mortgage as we are broke. I am a secondary school teacher and my husband is an electrician. We aren’t home much - although I will be for the summer holidays - but busy! For the right person, I’d happily help with lifts to and from the station/work.

We own the house and will be living in the house - it can be fully furnished or unfurnished, whatever is preferred. We have a single room and a double room available - £500 a month for the single room, £600 a month for the double.

Ideally looking for a summer rental so that we can trial having a lodger before we do it any longer. This would suit someone doing an internship or something at local places like Tesco head office, Ocado head office or GSK - all super close!
We are just 20 mins train to King’s Cross and 15 mins walk to Welwyn Garden town centre.
We have a driveway and plenty of street parking, a large garden and garden furniture.
Only downside is that there is only one bathroom. However, short term, we can work around this - using our gym if needed or getting to work earlier to fit around the right person.
We are due to move back into our home on 1/6, so would be good to get ourselves settled a few weeks before someone moved in.
