Lovely Peaceful Bright Double Room, Friendly House

We are 2 mature females (sisters) and 1 male looking for a professional female to rent our large double bedroom approx 12ft x 8ft.

The room has 2 windows, with black-out blinds, an Orla Kiely rug, large mirrored double wardrobe, build in shelves, mirrored chest of drawers, and bedsite cabinet. It is bright, airy and very relaxing. The bedroom carpets are being cleaned on the 28th, ready for the new tenant.

There is a large garden, a garage with an extra fridge and freezer, so plenty of space for food. There's an allocated space in the kitchen for coats and shoes, and of course plenty of cupboard space for food. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please be aware that the bathroom doesn't have a bath, but is a shower/wet room that we all share.

We have a little cat called Tilley, she is very sweet and no trouble at all. I hope you like cats.

We live in a cul-de-sac and therefore looking for someone who is quiet and considerate of their surroundings. We are early risers, and all go out to work. I work part-time, but spend afternoons at home working online. I'm Sandy, a Psychotherapist (and YouTuber), Christine is a driver for the NHS, and Joe, my partner is a courier. We are all super friendly.

Our lovely tenant is leaving us because she has been offered a super job in Hemel Hempstead, and needs to be closer to work (as its a high position, with early starts!) We are all really sad to see G go, as she feels like a member of the family now. The room will be available from the 1st March.

My partner Joe lives with us, who is very kind and friendly and gets on with everyone! He's just one of those very easy going, likeable, trustworthy guys.

This is a safe environment and hassle free. We all have a car, with parking, so if you need parking space, there is availability in the cul-de-sac.

We live a short 10 minute drive from the town centre. It has a Sainsbury's, John Lewis, gyms (I go quite a lot) all the major coffee places, for those who like a good coffee!

The house is semi-detached, and our neighbours are wonderful.
