Spacious, Lovely Double Room Friendly Shared House

We are two mature sisters and one male looking for a PROFESSIONAL FEMALE PREFERABLY to join our friendly, respectful household and rent a large, very comfortable double bedroom (approx. 12ft x 8ft).

The room is genuinely lovely — bright, airy, and deeply relaxing. It features two windows with blackout blinds, an Orla Kiely rug, a large mirrored double wardrobe, built-in shelving, a mirrored chest of drawers, and a bedside cabinet. The carpets are being professionally cleaned on 28th February, so the room will be fresh and ready for its new occupant.

The house offers plenty of shared space. There’s a large garden to enjoy, plus a garage with an additional fridge and freezer, so storage is never an issue. In the kitchen, you’ll have your own dedicated space for food, as well as an allocated area for coats and shoes. We’re considerate and will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please note that the shared bathroom is a modern shower/wet room (no bath), which we all use.

We also share our home with a small cat called Tilley — she’s very sweet, calm, and no trouble at all, so it’s important that you’re comfortable around cats 🐾

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, and we’re looking for someone who values a peaceful, respectful living environment. We’re early risers and all work during the day. I’m Sandy, a Psychotherapist and YouTuber, Christine works as a driver for the NHS, and Joe, my partner, is a courier. We’re easy-going, friendly, and enjoy a harmonious home rather than a party house.

Our current tenant is sadly moving on after being offered a fantastic role in Hemel Hempstead, requiring early starts and a shorter commute. She’s become very much part of the family, and we’ll truly miss her. The room will be available from 1st March.

Joe lives with us full-time and is incredibly kind, trustworthy, and easy to get along with — one of those naturally likeable people who fits in anywhere.

This is a safe, calm, hassle-free home. We all have cars, and there is parking available in the cul-de-sac if needed.

We’re just a 10-minute drive from the town centre, which offers Sainsbury’s, John Lewis, gyms, and all the major coffee chains — perfect if you enjoy good coffee or an active lifestyle.

The house is semi-detached, with wonderful neighbours, adding to the peaceful feel of the area.
