Room to rent, knightsfield area of WGC

Room to rent in a comfortable 3 bed house where I live with my teenage daughter. My daughter lives with me 50% of the time and the rest of the time she lives close by with her father meaning whoever moves in needs to be comfortable with a child being around.

I am looking for a respectful housemate who is easy going and mindful of noise levels in the evenings.

I have a garden and there is street parking. There are upstairs and downstairs bathrooms with showers in both and bills are included. You would have your own cupboard and fridge space and there are built in wardrobes in the bedroom. The desk in the photo will not be included but a bed and small side table is in the room.

Two bathrooms, you will have exclusive use of one of the showers.
