Room close to the town centre with 1 allocated parking spot to share. 10 min walk to train station.

Shared living room / Kitchen , I have sky, Netflix and all those that you’re welcome to use. I’m abit OCD with cleaning, I like the flat to be clean and tidy and not much clutter everywhere but understand we all have our lazy days after long days at work. Plenty of space in a large fridge freezer for your own food to go in. I have a large corner sofa. Bay doors that open up to over look the car park area(sadly not my bay) I have an air fryer, slow cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster and most other kitchen appliances you might need to cook yourself food. Sadly no dish washer.

The room has a comfy king size bed with a simba mattress to go with it. TV mounted on the wall with Netflix etc for you to add your own accounts too or welcome to use mine. You will have your own toilet that has a bath/shower and this will only be used by you and your guests/my guests if you have a friend or family member over. I have my own en-suite. The door is fitted with a lock for your own privacy as I do my own door. You will have the keys for your room till you leave. The bathroom is next to room, not en-suite.

I’m not a massive party animal, I’m more pub and film night in. If you enjoy a sesh, that’s fine but please no parties at mine.

The building is safe and secure with code entry and I’ve got a ring doorbell, mainly for my parcel safety😂

All bills will be included and you can use my broadband of course. This will be under a lodger term, not tenant.
