My husband and I are looking to rent out a double room in our 3 bed house in WGC for about 6 months. It’s available from July. We are a 12 minute walk to Welwyn north station (links to London and the North) 20 min walk into the centre of town with more direct train lines.
We’ve got outside parking and a large garden.
Ideally we are looking to rent the room out Mon-Fri but depending on working hours or lifestyle, we would be open to discussion.
We’re both professionals (I’m a social worker and Stephen an engineer). We have a beagle who stays sometimes when he’s not at my mums. We’re quite a chilled couple, I go to CrossFit and stephen spends most of his time playing golf or Arsenal.
