Double Room-Post Christmas Move In

Looking for a clean, respectful and trustworthy female professional to replace my current flatmate.
Minimum stay: 1 year (ideally long-term).
Available: Post-Christmas (from late December / early January).

📍 Location

Lovely 2-bedroom, ground floor flat in Welwyn Garden City, just a 15-minute walk to the town centre.
Includes one private parking space (yours if you drive!).

🏠 The Flat
• Bright, modern and well-furnished living spaces (large corner sofa bed, dining table, hallway units, etc.)
• You’d need to furnish your own double room (there's a new double bed and a wardrobe in the room that you can buy off my current flatmate should you wish to do so).
• Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen, cleaned weekly on a rota
• Average bills: £150/month (each) in summer, £200/month (each) in winter (including council tax)

👩‍💼 About Me

I’m a 36-year-old female professional. I’m sporty, active throughout the week, and love cooking healthy meals from scratch (often enough for two!). I work full-time Monday–Friday and usually spend weekends relaxing at home.

Looking for someone with similar habits — clean, considerate and easy-going, who enjoys a calm, tidy and friendly home environment.

Guests are welcome occasionally and by mutual agreement, as long as they’re respectful of our home.
