Double Room in 2 bed flat-Available September 1st

Looking for a clean, respectful and trustworthy female professional to replace my current flatmate.
Minimum stay: 1 year (ideally long-term).
Available September 1st 2026.

📍 Location

Lovely 2 bedroom, ground floor flat in Welwyn Garden City, just a 15 minute walk to the town centre.
Includes one private parking space (yours if you drive!).

🏠 The Flat
• Bright, modern and well furnished living spaces (large corner sofa bed, dining table, hallway units, etc.)
• You’d need to furnish your own double room (I have a spare Ikea chest of drawers, however, you'd need to get your own bed).
• Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen, cleaned weekly on a rota and are non negotiable.
• Average bills currently: £150/month (each) in summer, £200/month (each) in winter- bills may vary depending on usage (council tax included in the above individual costs)

👩‍💼 About Me

I’m a 37 year old female professional. I’m sporty, active throughout the week, and love cooking healthy meals from scratch (often enough for two!). I'm extremely clean (slightly OCD lol). I work full time (sometimes weekends too) and usually spend my days off relaxing at home.

Looking for someone with similar habits-clean, considerate and easy going, who enjoys a calm, tidy and friendly home environment.

Guests are welcome occasionally and by mutual agreement, as long as they’re respectful of our home.
