The bathroom is shared with just one other tenant, as I have my own en-suite. The house is currently occupied by me and another male professional. We are friendly but generally keep ourselves to ourselves, making it a relaxed and peaceful home.
The location is excellent, being less than a 5-minute walk from Shire Park and approximately a 5-minute cycle or 20-minute walk to the train station. I primarily work from home but do so from my own living room/office space.
