Approx 15 min walk to Shire Park, Welwyn North and Welwyn Garden City station. Easy bus services, cheap cabs as well - I’m a friendly relaxed person so there is no need to worry about stiff rules and unrealistic demands. As long as you respect and treat the place like your own home then that’s the only real rule… and we will all get on fine.

Supplied within the rent is all electric/gas/water, council tax, toilet roll, kitchen roll, general cleaning stuff and cleaner. So, literally all you need buy is your own food and clothes washing liquid. Everything else is included and for all to use, that includes Wifi, Virgin TV, Netflix.

I’m happy to consider Monday to Friday rent options as well as the usual 7 days per week. it’s safe a quiet place here just on the outskirts of town, easy parking on the road, and good shops within 5 mins walking.
